Research Workgroup
Cell States and Cell Functions

Mission:

The Mission of TBEL CS&F sub-group is to establish a reference for identifying, quantifying, and discovering heterogeneity of cellular and molecular signatures of precancerous lesions and microenvironment-linked cell states and their functional effects in different organ sites.

Focus:

Cell States and Cell Functions, research is a multidisciplinary field that aims to understand how cells acquire and maintain their identity, function, and diversity in different tissues and organs, especially in the context of development, disease, and regeneration. It involves the use of advanced technologies such as single-cell sequencing, imaging, and computational modeling to map the cellular composition and dynamics of complex biological systems.
